Now Insight is preparing to launch a 1st class integrative, multi-disciplinary Reproductive and Perinatal Wellness Centre that will provide Edmontonians with high quality specialized paramedical care, psychological care as well as prenatal, birthing support, and postpartum wellness care across their reproductive and perinatal journey.

We seek client-centred candidates with significant training and experience in reproductive, prenatal, postpartum, and/or pediatric care to join our inaugural multi-disciplinary team in the following roles (full-time or part-time). Together we will materialize our mission of providing Edmontonians with 1st class integrative reproductive and perinatal care:

  • Pelvic Health Therapist

  • Acupuncturist

  • Massage Therapist

  • Manual Osteopath

  • Reflexologist

  • Dietitian

  • Nurse or Nurse Practitioner

Manual Osteopathic Therapist – Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional, sensitive, and warm attitude when interacting with clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

  • Assess clients’ needs and create customized treatment plans.

  • Perform appropriate modalities of osteopathic therapy treatments tailored to each client’s specific needs and provide the highest quality of care to clients.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and any relevant health information.

  • Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive wellness solutions for clients.

  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

  • Maintain an organized work environment as well as ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation.

  • Support to the growth of the Centre by providing exceptional customer service and participating in some marketing and promotional activities.​

Manual Osteopathic Therapist  – Education & Experience

  • Completion of an Osteopathic program from a recognized post-secondary institution.

  • Be insured and registered with a recognized provincial college/association and be a member in good standing.

  • Must have experience working with prenatal and postpartum clients and issues.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client-centered service and care.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work well independently as well as with a multi-disciplinary team of different professionals [psychologists, psychiatrist, pelvic health therapist(s), massage therapist(s), osteopath(s), nurse practitioner(s), acupuncturist(s), lactation consultant(s), dietitian(s), doulas, and others] to provide comprehensive and well-rounded care to clients.

  • Superior communication skills (oral and written).

  • High level of professionalism, including punctuality, ethical conduct, and confidentiality

  • High Integrity, adheres to ethical standards, and maintains honesty and professionalism

  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development

  • Proficiency in MS Office and full computer literacy.

The position is contract-based with varied and flexible hours which may include evenings and weekends.
